Meet Dr. Gaby
Hi there, welcome to my practice, “The Mental Gym”!
I’m a wife, mother, and health and wellness enthusiast. I've taken my knowledge as a clinical psychologist and experience as an athlete and identified key wellness areas to lower your burnout, anxiety, and stress.
Health and wellness is my bread and butter (it’s ok to eat that sometimes by the way), but it wasn’t always like that! I love helping people find out that it isn’t WHAT you’re doing, but HOW. It’s how we live, not what we do that makes all the difference in our healthy habits and mindset.
